This program can split, merge, extract, and delete pages of PDF files. It can split/merge password protected PDF files, if you know the password.

You can also protect the output files using password and edit PDF metadata such as Author, Title, and Keyword. Being a standalone application, is doesn't require Adobe Acrobat.
